Shipping policy

1. General Information

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sweden. Below you will find details regarding shipping times and terms.

2. Shipping method

We use PostNord as our shipping provider. At checkout, you can choose from the five nearest pickup points based on the delivery address you provide.

3. Shipping cost

We offer free shipping to all our customers. No additional delivery charges will be added at checkout, regardless of order size or value.

4. Delivery time

The normal delivery time is 2–3 business days. Orders are usually dispatched within one working day.

5. International shipping

We currently only ship within Sweden. If you are interested in delivery to another country, please contact us directly.

6. Unclaimed packages

The package must be picked up within 14 days of arrival at your pickup point.
If the package is not collected within this time and is returned to our warehouse, a handling fee of SEK 400 will be charged to cover return shipping and processing costs.

7. Damaged or missing deliveries

If your order arrives damaged or has not been delivered within 7 business days, please contact us and we will assist you.
