Terms of service
Introduction
These terms apply to purchases made in Sweden and are governed by Swedish law, primarily the Distance Contracts Act (SFS 2005:59), the Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplagen), the Marketing Act, the Consumer Services Act, and the E‑Commerce Act. These laws provide irrevocable rights to consumers and cannot be limited by contractual terms. The following is a summary of your rights and obligations as a buyer.

3. Price
The displayed price is the total price inclusive of all taxes and fees. No hidden additional charges may be imposed.
4. Formation of Contract
The contract becomes binding once you place your order— unless there is a typographical error that a reasonable person would have noticed. By placing an order, you consent to receive newsletters via email.
5. Payment
Prices shown in checkout and order confirmation apply. Payment methods may include Klarna, VISA- and Mastercard. For card payments, the seller may reserve funds for up to 4 calendar days.
The payment is done when the order is shipped from the 3PL.
6. Delivery
Delivery is complete when goods are handed over to the buyer or their representative. Unless otherwise stated, delivery shall occur within 30 calendar days.
7. Risk
Risk transfers to the buyer upon delivery as described in section 6.
8. Right of Withdrawal
Under Swedish law, consumers have the right to cancel purchases within 14 calendar days of delivery—with no reason required norden.orgverksamt.se. You must inform the seller in writing (email or cancellation form) within this time. If the seller fails to provide the required pre‑contract information and standard withdrawal form, the period extends up to 12 months trade.gov+14konsumentverket.se+14europa.eu+14.
Upon cancellation, return the item within 14 days. You bear return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed. The seller must refund payment within 14 days after receipt of cancellation and either the goods or proof of return shipment. Test/use is allowed only to the extent necessary to assess the product. Excessive use may reduce refund amount.

9. Delay & Non‑Delivery
If delivery is delayed due to the seller (and not your fault), you may:

10. Faulty Goods (Defects)
You have up to two years (or five years for durable goods) to notify the seller of defects. If a defect arises that is not your fault, you may request repair, replacement, price reduction, contract termination, or compensationtrade.gov+12norden.org+12informationsverige.se+12europa.eu. Notify in writing. The seller may attempt up to two remedies before refusing further.
11. Seller’s Rights (Buyer Breach)
If you fail to pay or otherwise breach the contract, the seller may withhold delivery, demand fulfilment, cancel the contract, or seek damages. Late payment may incur interest and collection fees according to law.
12. Warranty
Commercial guarantees offered (e.g. by seller or manufacturer) are in addition to statutory rights and cannot reduce them.
13. Personal Data
The seller is data controller. Only data necessary for order processing will be collected and saved. Data will only be shared when required to fulfil the order or by law.
14. Dispute Resolution
Complaints should be made to the seller in writing. If unresolved, you may contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Complaints (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN) or the EU ODR platform
